Exhibitors

Dear Potential Science Fair Exhibitor,

You are invited to be an exhibitor at the 2008 Arizona Science and Engineering Fair (AzSEF). This is the newly combined regional fair that was formerly three separate fairs – AISEF, CARSEF and NARSEF. Exhibitors are invited to be present on Friday, March 21, 2008, which is Public Viewing Day.

The Schedule for Public Viewing Day is:

QUICK LINKS

Exhibitor Registration Form

Donation Commitment Form

Friday, March 21, 2008 Registration set-up 7:30AM – 8:30AM

Exhibits open 9:00AM – 3:00PM

Tear down 3:00PM – 4:00PM

All schools will be invited to bring their classes on a field trip that day so students can see the projects that are on display.

Enclosed is a flyer providing information about AzSEF schedule. The purpose of having exhibitors is to provide educational and exciting information to the students participating in the science fair. Participating students will be in grades 5-12, so you will want to design your exhibit to attract the attention of these students.

The Exhibitor fee will be $150 for non-profit agencies, and $300 for other organizations. Every exhibitor will be provided with a draped 10’x10’ booth, one 6-foot table, 2 chairs, and one lunch coupon. Additional lunch coupons can be reserved two weeks prior to the fair, and paid for when you register the morning of the event. Checks must be payable to “ASU Foundation.”

Enclosed is an Exhibitor Registration Form. Registrations and payment for the fair must be received by Friday, February 8, 2008. After your registration is received you will be sent a packet with additional information in case you are in need of more tables, electricity, etc.

You will also find enclosed a Donation Commitment form to notify us if you are able to provide any financial support to this fair, OR donate any promotional/give-away items to be included in the teacher and/or student bags.

If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact me at 480-727-1148, or e-mail me at hedlund@asu.edu. We look forward to having your support at the 2008 AzSEF.
